provides our clients with a complimentary assessment, ease of payment and no financial obligations.

How does billing work?

We send you a monthly invoice at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s sessions. The amount is due in 3 working days. Payment of fees must be completed in advance prior to the commencement of classes in the new month. Payments will be accepted by Credit Card via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Pay Now, details of which can be found on your invoice. Prices stated are exclusive of GST.

Do we provide make-up classes?

We are able to provide make-up classes subject to availability. However, please note that all make-up tokens will expire 30 days after their issuance, they are non-transferable and are only available for your child’s private tuition class.

If a change of timing for your upcoming tutoring session is required, please kindly provide at least 24 hours of notice. In the case that this is not possible for example due to a sudden sickness, an MC may be requested from the parent. If The Orchard Institute must cancel your class, you will not be charged.

How long is a typical session?

The Orchard Institute recommends 90-minute sessions in order to:
· optimize academic results at a faster pace
· create a positive academic environment for a child bored or struggling in their current environment
· develop a meaningful relationship-driven academic experience for our students long-term
· provide parents with longer reprieve

However, we understand that you or your child may have many other commitments; thus, we do offer 60-minute instruction if that is your preference. Read our terms & conditions.
