THE ORCHARD INSTITUTE – ORCHARD CHEER TERMS & CONDITIONS
By enrolling in classes, booking services, or purchasing a subscription with The Orchard Institute, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Enrollment & Reserved Placement
Monthly enrollment reserves your child’s place in their selected weekly class. This membership provides ongoing training, skill progression, and priority placement.
Enrollment is continuous and billed automatically each month until cancellation is requested.
- Billing & Payment
All fees are charged in advance via the payment method on file.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle to maintain your child’s reserved place.
A La Carte bookings are single-session purchases intended for:
- Trial classes
- Occasional drop-ins
- Schedule conflicts
A La Carte attendance does not guarantee ongoing placement in a class.
- Cancellation Policy
Written notice of withdrawal is required at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle.
No partial-month refunds or prorating will be issued once a billing cycle has begun.
Missed classes are not refunded, credited, or transferred.
- Attendance Expectations
Consistent attendance is encouraged to ensure safe skill development and team progression.
The Orchard Institute reserves the right to recommend a change in class placement if attendance patterns impact safety or group instruction.
- Health & Safety
Cheerleading and gymnastics activities involve physical movement, balance, inversion, and strength-based skills.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that participation carries inherent risk of injury despite all reasonable safety precautions and professional instruction.
Parents/guardians confirm their child is medically fit to participate in athletic activity.
- Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Orchard Institute, its instructors, assistants, and affiliated facilities shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damages arising from participation in classes or related activities.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
- Conduct & Learning Environment
We are committed to maintaining a positive, respectful environment focused on confidence-building, teamwork, and physical literacy.
Disruptive behavior that compromises safety or instruction may result in removal from class at the Institute’s discretion.
- Media Release
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during classes for instructional, celebratory, or promotional purposes.
By enrolling, you grant permission for your child’s image to be used in:
- Program materials
- Private parent communications
- Marketing or social media related to The Orchard Institute
If you prefer to opt out, written notice must be provided prior to participation.
- Schedule Changes
The Orchard Institute reserves the right to adjust schedules, instructors, or programming as necessary due to enrollment, facility needs, or safety considerations.
Families will be notified of any material changes.
- Weather, Facility, or Unforeseen Closures
In the event of facility closure, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control, a make-up session may be offered when reasonably possible, but is not guaranteed.
- Private Lessons
Private lessons are supplemental training opportunities and are not intended to replace regular class participation.
They are scheduled subject to instructor availability.
- Agreement
Enrollment, booking, or participation confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
